Danielle and David Blench have been my property managing agency of choice since August 17, they have always been very professional and helpful with any enquiry that I have. Before coming to Blench Property Group I had a terrible experience with my previous managing agency. When I first changed over to BPG I had a couple of items of damage that my previous agency didn’t get fixed and neglected to inform me about, Danielle conducted a thorough inspection of the property and dealt with everything for me and made a bad experience much easier and pleasant. They both clearly work very hard and have a very high level of knowledge when it comes to property management. We interviewed the agent of the year and the agency of the year in our area when we sold and both quoted sale prices were less than David’s by up to $80000 from our eventual sale price.
