We recently gave the management of our son’s property to Danielle Blench of BPG after numerous problems with the previous property management firm.  Right from beginning Danielle has kept us informed over the transfer process and rectified relations with the tenant.   Having a lazy property manager previously not only created issues for us but for the tenant, with the tenant then thinking they have an unreasonable landlord, which wasn’t the case.

I have dealt with many property managers previously and you are absolutely the best property manager I have come across.

In the 1st month of becoming my new property manager, you patiently took the time to help me with resolving outstanding issues one of my tenants had with the previous property manager (that I only became aware of due to your diligence!).

As the tenant had continued to pay their rent, I had no idea of the issues they were facing due to The previous property manager’s incompetence and complacency (they were a reputable, well known agent on the Gold Coast). I am so thankful that I made the decision to take you on to manage that property as it not only saved me from losing the tenant, it saved me potential $$ in the repair cost of the damage in the property.

To be honest, we originally got Danielle to present her company and approach to us because she had a really good fixed price for her selling our house. But as it turned out when we met her, Danielle proved to be a really good agent with plenty of ideas about how best to market our property. Danielle and her husband David would always turn up for open homes smartly and punctually and present our house to the prospective buyers, and worked really hard to secure us the best possible price.
